Goldbelt C6 provides support and expertise related to assessing and improving the effectiveness of organizations across various functions such as Acquisitions, IT, resources, and other functions. We facilitate the development of overarching organizational vision and guiding principles and perform baseline organization diagnostic survey and interviews to benchmark results.

Goldbelt C6 maps desired roles and responsibilities and recommends organization structure and/or realignment of tasks. We highlight new or changed positions and help develop corresponding job scopes. We identify and establish critical enablers to support the organization, including measures and incentives, information flows, processes, people, and culture. In addition, we provide analytical and advisory consulting support services upon request.

Goldbelt worked on a long-term reorganization of the Department of State (DOS) Vendor Management efforts by introducing both a Process Structure as well as defined responsibilities for all participants. This Program is to enable the development of strategic vendor relationships, with defined responsibilities for both DOS and vendor personnel. Collaborative working relationships with vendors have increased in strategic importance due to the recognition of many contributions a vendor can make to help control DOS’s operating costs, improve efficiency, and facilitate the execution of the Department’s strategic and tactical objectives. Our team has implemented a three-phase approach to address the different levels of maturity of each organization.
